· Schwerpunkt: Dokumentenmanagement
· Unterstützung bei administrativen und operativen Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft
· Mitwirkung am Bearbeitungs- und Einstellungsprozess von personalrelevanten Dokumenten
· Unterstützung im Bewerbermanagement, insb. Bewerberkorrespondenz und Terminkoordination
· Planung und Koordination von internen und externen Fortbildungen
· Unterstützung bei der Digitalisierung von Prozessen
· Erstellung und Pflege von Quality Management relevanten Dokumenten, im ISO13485 Umfeld
· Eigenständige Unterstützung bei der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern
· Planung und Umsetzung von Meetings und Firmenevents
· Pflege von Excel Listen
