Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst und optimierst Arbeitsabläufe im Start-up-Umfeld
- Du konzentrierst dich auf Dokumentenmanagement
- Du unterstützt bei administrativen und operativen Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft
- Du wirkst am Bearbeitungs- und Einstellungsprozess von personalrelevanten Dokumenten mit
- Du unterstützt im Bewerbermanagement, insbesondere bei Bewerberkorrespondenz und Terminkoordination
- Du planst und koordinierst interne und externe Fortbildungen
- Du unterstützt bei der Digitalisierung von Prozessen
- Du erstellst und pflegst Qualitätsmanagement relevante Dokumente im ISO13485-Umfeld
- Du unterstützt eigenständig die Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern
- Du planst und setzt Meetings und Firmenevents um

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du befindest dich in einem aktuellen Studium der Geisteswissenschaften oder BWL (mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder Arbeitsrecht)
- Du besitzt ein gutes analytisches Verständnis für komplexe Zusammenhänge
- Du arbeitest akribisch
- Du hast sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
